This day and age we live in, I think at some point in time we will all eat something that is high in cholesterol or fall into a bad diet plan. I just simply think it is impossible to eat healthy all the time and never slip up and it may be a bad idea to try to never slip up. We need omega 3 in our diet since our bodies can not make it. Some fish that are extremely heart healthy and high in omega 3 are salmon, sardines and even herring. While there are more fish we can eat, the omega 3 in these will help us to be healthy quicker and to lose weight quicker.

Fiber can help control your cholesterol, but also help control the sugar release in your body and actually absorb that sugar. The changes we make in our diet will effect our health and energy quickly but we need to make a habit out of our new diet. we also need to remember that just because we feel good again does not mean go back to our old diet because we are fine but it does mean to continue on this diet because we are getting better.
